History and Overview
Founded in 1963 on old swamp land, Mermaid Beach Bowls Club is now a thriving, three green club within a short drive or medium length walk from the Broadbeach area and a stones’ throw from the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.
About the Club
The club has undergone a rejuvenation over the past six months and enjoys a large clubhouse with a fully licensed bar, gaming facilities and bistro, open for lunch and dinner. Additionally, the club runs a variety of bowls, including barefoot and social activities throughout the year, on its three grass greens (two floodlit).
